Dear Irene, We have a couple of things in common, we both graduated from UCLA and USM. Congratulations on your book, it will be helpful to many. I also related to, breathing in our life force. I went through a kundalini awakening, which has many other names, but experiences are the same. One experience was noticing at one stage, there was an out of phase characteristic between life energy and the breath so that life energy, became more knowable. I got it that I never died, after reviewing so many lives. Later, in one of my USM exercises, I reviewed how I choose this life. I noticed the names for God part, and new names are needed, because of the baggage on the name God. That is why I like to add another o, to make the name "Good".
